Teammates are cooperative & excellent behaviour; BHEL management train their all employees in all the fields of required by a company ; job security is there as it is a PSU (Govt of India Undertaking) ; for hard working employees career growth is in BHEL; salary wise nice company; politics, learning , work environment, innovation and work life balance all above differ as per skill of employees.
