Empowerment to sub ordinate is excellent. Training related to job is minimal. The more sincerely you do your job , less chance of sparing for training you become indispensable and not separable for training. Worthlessness employees are sent for training to meet HR target data.
Dislikes
There is no take over planning on retirement of key position personnel. Proper job orientation and rotational planning not effectively placed. Attempts made several times but due to influences within and out side such attempts not seen light.

We being in power sector region, had to be at project sites for a considerable period of my service in the organization for which family life suffered. There was no job rotation policy. However, working at project sites and involvement in the construction of large EPC projects enhanced my knowledge base & confidence level which have become my assets.
