Strong determination on the job issues pertaining to design, engineering,manufacturing and testing of power generation equipments were exercised through out the career which creates competitive approach with commitment that will be more effective tool for success.

Dislikes

Like other places, here too, some individuals resort to pleasing their bosses rather than working towards accomplishment of company's goals and objectives. But, this is the problem of such individuals and not that of the company.

Work Details

I had a very long and fruitful worklife in BHEL for 35 years, focused on company's growth and in turn enhanced the quality of my family life.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
