The hospital is good for patients who are suffering from orthopaedics problems. The hospital owner is also responsible and kind hearted person. But i mean to say about the office section staffs are rude. They dont know the way of talking within staffs, also behaving rude with patient parties. You have to work like a group d worker all the tasks with monthly salary rs 9000. Paromita is the hr who will hire you. She will tell you one day week off, benefits etc. But you will get nothing after joining here. No weekly leaves. No incentives. No benefits. Sandipan saha one of the senior office staff among them is totally a mentally sick and pshyco person who doesnt know how to talk with staffs and behaves like a rude element. The ambience is good and hospital territory is clean

Dislikes

The work culture, the behaviours of the seniors was very much disappointed. The hr is also very much rude. There is no lift to carry the patient to operation theatre, the lifting boy carries the patient from ground floor to 1st floor by their own. Lack of management is one of the main problem
