overall good support from safety department . overall good comunication of top management and other department

compensation is decent , but growth is slow and work load is high or we can say out of field work load .framework of organisation is not good .their is lack performance checkpoint and individual growth . there is no on job training for freshers .

generally my work is challenging as i have to look after the full construction site supervision .but overall its good for me to acquire keyskills regarding my job profession

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
