Good work environment and culture. The co-workers are followers and the management is transparent. The company’s policies are good, the appraisal is fair and they are given good pay rises and bonuses every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues.

Colleagues are very helpful. I enjoyed being with such wonderful group of people who are very down to earth and have vast experience.

Dislikes

Their is no systematic appraisal system in the company, nobody gets promoted or get increment based on their performance. It's the only once who blackmail the management get what they deserve. This makes it a very stagnant place to work.

overall good support from safety department . overall good comunication of top management and other department

compensation is decent , but growth is slow and work load is high or we can say out of field work load .framework of organisation is not good .their is lack performance checkpoint and individual growth . there is no on job training for freshers .
