Worst co staff.. everything is politics...no proper education given to kids...co staff harrasment is more work pressure is only given to teacher no proper facilities..over all worst experience in three months so I quited as even my health condition has become worse.🙏

I got good experience in Bhashyam educational institution. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.School policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year. I improved lot of skills in that school

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues . Salary is decent but career growth is slow

I love teaching so the job is very interesting.I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session.I learnt everything on the job .I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles at a time

Bhashyam Educational Institutions is allotted more work for giving less salary. They are removed from job during Lockdown time. So I am suffering with salary in COVID-19 Lockdown time. So finally my opinion is Bhashyam Educational Institutions is worst institution.
