I work with this company more than 8 year, and i can proudly say amazing experience with it, this company believes in his employee, caring of his employee. Work culture is amazing. Management discuss wid employee time to time for his growth, and policy made for development of both.

Dislikes

Only one thing which is i dislike is transfer policy. Other than everything is marvel.

Work life balance was none.Even worst is for people who work in fields.Had to travel long and remote places in the northeast India where even the superiors would hesitate to visit.

Having worked in other Mnc's like Tata Projects Ltd,JK Infrastructure LtD,I can say this company allows its employees to maintain work life balance,our manager allows us to take leaves and spend time with family unlike other companies where nothing is more important than work. In this Covid 19 Situation I see our Manager's regular take update about our and our family well being since we are all in our respective zones away from Family so that they can do necessary help if required.
