No one can training always learning self.no security of your job any time can movement. No career growth work with us on continue same position . Previous last year environment is too good but no environment is bad. Always show on differences on role VS off role.

In my 8 year telecom career I am seen first time very poor working invironmment , not follow any company policy only working on exception basis . Senior leadership is total unmatuared & harrest employee with there position power HR team also not supported .

Relationship with boss no working parameters apply.people taking extra income in SCM department when you complaint about that thing they do warning to left job .
