I like working in Bharti Infotech because i have got a lot to learn in my field.

Skill development - Excellent
Work satisfaction - Good

Dislikes

I do not like to work in Bharti Infotech because there is no career in future . The management system is not good there. There is not increase the salary yearly. The company used to give 40 holidays earlier. But now the company has stopped giving leave.

Job security - Poor
Promotions - Bad
Company culture - Poor

Work Details

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
