Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. 1. Work-life balance is horrible. All Saturdays even some Sundays are declared as a normal working day in every month. 2. Time & discipline rules are not applied for every employee. 3. Any one can violate co. rules & etiquette if he/she does business. 3. Late night culture. It hampers personal life. 4. Behavior of seniors is not same to every sub-ordinate.
