In this pandemic situation no job security with this company, work culture is good, management is not thinking about employee who given more years service, company policies should change immediately because those are not attractive and not safe for the organization

Dislikes

Pandemic situation is not considered for the employees is always bad for the company & people. L2 boss not available for the branch manager stage also is pathetic situation. Required HR intervention to the employee and support required for employee with job satisfaction.

Work Details

I feel proud work with bharti Axa always. Given good opportunity to grow as branch manager in this organization. R & R are also excellent. When top management changes than immediate action is not good this harmful for the organization.
