So much of politics. Also some managers are unprofessional because of them you face so many hurdles in your work. Even after being joined as a team leader there is no freedom to take decision. I did not get any facility which every team leader gets. You will be always treated like the same who work under you. Also travelling allowances are very limited and for that also you have to beg to your manager. There is no guidance how to achieve promotion....Read More

1. Work-life balance is horrible. All Saturdays even some Sundays are declared as a normal working day in every month. 2. Time & discipline rules are not applied for every employee. 3. Any one can violate co. rules & etiquette if he/she does business. 3. Late night culture. It hampers personal life. 4. Behavior of seniors is not same to every sub-ordinate.
