So much of politics. Also some managers are unprofessional because of them you face so many hurdles in your work. Even after being joined as a team leader there is no freedom to take decision. I did not get any facility which every team leader gets. You will be always treated like the same who work under you. The work life balance is amazing, where you have a lot of time for yourself after doing the required targets for the month.

The company wants to push some products which aren’t as good as the competition and the Team leaders can be a bit abusive in calls.
