Dislikes

There's no proper team structure. Very immature team right below leadership. They've a bond lock in period, which obviously should state in itself their poor attrition rates. Work-life balance is not upto the mark as a lot of their projects are poc with unreasonable delivery dates.

Feels like you are working in hell. Your manager will force you to work on multiple projects even he can't handle one project by himself on which he was working more than 3 years. Always avoids you to talk on your concerns by making false excuses. He is so good at credit stellar that you can't even imagine when you are off the lights. Never takes stands of you at anywhere. He feels like he is the king but in reality nobody gives a shit to him. Even his senior don't treats him well some don't even know him. No carrer growth for many deserving persons. Also he is having a great habit of sitting alone and far from his BIG team in the cabin with his beloved colleague where he tells how great leader, developer, manager he is, while having beers in office timings. No dislike at all in this toxic company where companies founder's friend are RULLING the company at every bloddy position they are not taking peoples on merit based. Such a LALA company. No body have any clue on what will happen in the company. They shows themselves as Databricks and Microsoft partner and having great inverstors.
