Enthusiastic environment to work within bharti family, entire covid period we r on field,doing warfooting job,company ve given some beneficiary appraisal amount also,

Dislikes

Managment support is going on decreasing manner,not creating a passive environment amongs the field eng as burdon of work is increased to much eng ve resigned from their job as well as taken ijp,need to change some policies

It's better few months before,iittle bit heasitating now,due to too much requirement in limited manpower

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
