Dislikes

Being in post sales you are still expected to close targets, work can be at any hour and any day which includes sunday. You dont get recognition for your work and expected availablity all the time.

Overall It's was a great experience working with Airtel. Airtel has given me a lot. It was my first job. And I was fully satisfied with company culture and policies.

Dislikes

With in one year Before leaving the company I got transferred in for different locations. And due to that my performance had not been measured correctly. That makes me to switch out from Airtel.

Previous it was great working culture . Was feeling proud to be associated with Airtel, but after year 2015 due to some colleagues I feel better to switch.
