If you are in sales youll be threatened amlost everyday to leave job its like the most pressuring thing. And your seniors will be okay with you until you resign seen in many cases even mine as you resign the management completely changes thier behaviour towards even in notice period only.

HR will say it's hybrid but after you join Airtel you got scam because some teams are not providing work from home even if you will be emergency situations or sick. The CEO is a shrewd woman who has no respect for any employee. She will make your life miserable so either you will quit on your own or if not then she will fire you if you don’t become her servant.

HR team is very strict and selfish in salary negotiation. They dont pay as per experience. Even a person with 10 years experience can get a salary lesser than one with 1 year. Reference matters. Even off role HR behaves like a CEO.

Poor Commitment and Leadership The company showed a lack of commitment, with a manager who was unresponsive and often resorted to bullying. No Clear Direction or Structure There was no proper process or vision in place. Everything felt chaotic and unorganized, making it hard to focus. High Employee Chrun People were leaving faster than new hires could come on board, creating a lot of instability.
