The compensation is not up to the mark for a tsm level employee.

There is immense pressure in work as bcoz of the current situation of the Telecom industry. It becomes quite difficult to manage all the key KPIs together. You have to constantly be in the market and ensure that the key KPIs are driven daily.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)
