My work is a challenge role and worked as Team leader and Relationship manager both in Sales and Services i use to handl team members of 25 in every 3 months team members will change from other teams and iam a good trainer and to build my team strong

Big Product base company always make you to feel our job secured.

Hike i should say the percentage of APPRAISAL we get almost nothing or worst . Hardly 2% we get is nothing. And working on Saturdays making even more worst and the leave policy also not satisfactory.
