Nearly everything, They will make you travel pan India and the work culture is extremely difficult. Descision making of the management is very poor. The most important of all , you will definitely be not paid your due salary, if the salary is paid then the allowances will be kept on hold. If you want to work at a so called robotics startup in which you are literally not adding any value to the clients life and then are willing to leave your family and work for half of the amount that they mention on the offer letter, then definitely go ahead....Read More

they are not autonomous robot making company on each robot there are camera attached almost 15 girls sitting in office to drive it like GTA via city robot is deployed in good company. they don't know what they are doing

Lot of work timing from 9 am to 9 pm. Lot of pressure but couligues are supportive and helpful. I got to learn a lot of things. It's a startup, so poor salary and worst work life balance but have lots of opportunities.

Dislikes

Low salary. Lots of work time and terrible work life balance. They also use your personal money some time for a company stuff. And they doesn't pay you always in return for that.

I like to work in new technology as this company works in robotics but here management is ZERO , TL is not like TL, hr is also not able to do anything, all things handled by single person who is manager. He just hired person and after their 2-3 months get completed he forced to leave and not pay salary of working months. Only 2-3 employees they made them permanent rest he hired and fired. They never give salary on time, employees always have to ask about salary and they just give reasons. Mostly they hire interns so they can treat them badly and fire them without paying salary. Even during my maternity period they fired me without giving any notice or information after completing 8 months of working. And not paid salary of 2 working months. So, now anyone can understand about company. They don't even bothered about employees health as they even asked me to work during covid. They did not even care about my medical records. BRS foced employee to sit continuously for 12 hrs and 6 days a week. They never treat me like a female employee and always avoid my personal problems and make fun of my superstition....Read More

It is a startup, so there was something to learn compared to established companies. The company is fairly located and you get to take some time out during working hours.

Read carefully. - Culture. The culture and character of leadership and management is poor, very little respect for employees. They use insults at times, and speak rudely most of the times and do not understand employee and client problems - The management is not care about the employees welfare. Many employees have left for same reasons. They treat you as if you are their naukar, and not dignified employees. - It's a family run business, so even the HR tries to blame the employees in case of a mistake or crime done by the management. -Original Certificates are kept and not returned unless 2 months notice is served, sometimes, notice period is increased, and you can try hard to leave but they will create issues either with payment, or something other -Payment is average, but they have a belief that they are giving us donation, and not salary for our work, and their tone of talking and handling employee problems reflect that very clearly. Join on your own risk beacuse almost all employees that is new, regretting working for this company -They spent a lot on partying and smoking/drinking, better to spend on improving your machines, your work culture, which are causing dissatisfied clients and employes and payment issues. They usually ask you to travel for the company by your money and don’t refund back. Don’t give salary even after completion of notice period. Salary and stipend very less, no benefits for overtime (ceo sometime gives alcohol party for working more than 12hrs for 7 days to special people), but they cut salary when you don’t go. Falsepromises are made by the ceo and fake projections are shown to employees. There is one person in sales whose name I won’t take, prefers taking interview in boxers and has no work ethics. Talks very very rudely with people and thinks has a lot of experience, and joke is he is in sales. He should be removed from the company but he is supported by the CEO himself, he doesn’t even respect the co-founders (talks really badly with them). How will employees respect the co-founders if their colleagues talk in this way with them? Working hours : 12+hrs Salary /stipend : very very less Work life balance : 0 My opinion: Pls don’t calculate how many hours the employee is working, measure the efforts and work completion, don’t talk behind their back, have good culture where no one feels alone/targeted. Ceo should build his management skills. He should bring everyone together. Respect the co-founders or don’t just keep them for name sake, no company treats co-founders like this.
