Likes

Good work environment and average culture. Teammates are supportive but lack of transparencies. There is cantina but not gaming acrade for chilling. Company policies good, appraisals are good and they give average salary and bonus every year.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything my own practice during job.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
