When it comes to responsibilities then you are a full fledged officer however when it comes to salary then a security guard of the same office where u work will get more salary than you. They manipulate you by calling you an officer and drain most of the energy and skills for less salary and treat you like a contract labor in terms of perks. In short, they are looking for drivers with an engineering or graduate degree. It is good for graduates but not for engineers. If you are an engineer prepare for same PSU or GATE dont waste your precious time and life for it. Once you get stuck, it will be very difficult to prepare for some other exams....Read More

With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package.
