Teammates are suppoortive and the managemaent is tranparent.Company polices are good. Good environment and cultur. Good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesnot address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

My assembly area is save and secured from any critical accidently situation

My company did not provided to any dress or apron of assembling person, No sefty shoes, No cap, No transport, No learning encouragement, No good food and cut the salary with out reason, No any educated seniors or supervisor and all seniors are speak any word very roodly and when the production low than through out from company.
