Bharat Petroleum strives for excellence in every front; be it customer service, employee motivation or technology adoption or innovative business practices. Leadership in BPCL is proactive, humane and purpose oriented; quick to adapt to changes.

Dislikes

At times, it appears, it is a monolith organization by practice and human relationships. Work pressure on multiple fronts, including socio-political orientation may be unsettling at times.

I retired as Executive Director, Corporate Planning. Was responsible for capital budgeting, investment monitoring, organization level performance assessment, external institutional interface, besides brand development.
