Nothing to learn, under the name of BD , they will ask you to look only for SCM. There will be no customer visit, they asked to contact customers virtually and built the rapport that is also in case if you are interested to do so.

Only thing i liked about the place was how hard some people would work in spite of the shortcomings about this place.

Dislikes

Pretty much everything. Lots of demotivating factors and extremely unprofessional HR managers

Work Details

Extremely hectic yet absolutely no reward system in place. Rather, the organization is one that behaves like the employees are lucky to be hired by them. They give. We take. No questions asked. Extremely autocratic organization.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
