The work environment is really amazing but the only problem is the departmental difference as the marketing team always used to make it a point to interfere in the work and ask stupidest requirements to fulfil on urgent basis. The manager used to make sure to demean the team and keep an upper hand on everyone. She behaves as if she is the only one who does all the work in the entire company.
