The company is good but Mr. Nirav Desai is terrible and high politics player. I was going 8 30 am and avg return time was 9 pm. Nirav Desai is not speaking well to his sub ordinates. Company is financial is stable but avg professional life of this company is 8 month to 12 months. If any thinks one time before you accept offer letter before any one join a Western region.
