The company is good but Mr. Nirav Desai is terrible and high politics player. I was going 8 30 am and avg return time was 9 pm. Nirav Desai is not speaking well to his sub ordinates. Company is financial is stable but avg professional life of this company is 8 month to 12 months. If any thinks one time before you accept offer letter before any one join a Western region.

I having the unfortunate experience of working at Bharat bijlee (Transformer Design) and I confidently say that internal politics makes it a dreadful place to be. The workplace culture is dominated by favouritism, backstabbing, upper management is far more concerned with office politics than actual fostering a positive work environment. Decisions making is often based on who you know rather than your qualifications or hard work. Those who are seen as in the right circle get opportunities and promotions regardless of merit. The lack of transparency and the manipulation behind closed doors creates a toxic atmosphere where employees are pitted against each other.
