A lot of learning how to manage people from different economic and social strata.

As an employee of any company there should be a work life balance and you must expect a minimum decorum to be maintained at the workplace. All these things are totally missing in BALCO. There is a lot of trade union problems. Tecnicians and operators are treated like God and engineers as paid labourers. The management is totally blind towards the problem faced by the engineers at the shopfloor. HR is just a joke doesn't give any concern. I can write an essay so the list is endless.
