Likes

Easy to reach college by bus and train. 99% are Women faculty. Very safe environment for working.

Skill development - Excellent

Dislikes

We have to Submit proof for even our casual leave. Only 3 faculty from overall college can avail leave after taking prior permission from Principal. If 4th one then L.O.P, even if the reason is genuine. L.O.P for even 1 minute late. Salary appraisal is 200 rupees per year. Even salary is very very low.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
