There are plenty of things to mention. 1 No work culture 2 No support from seniors on work difficulty 3 multiple reporting head and difference of opinion on every stage 4 work clearity is zero 5 one person in this organization currently heading multiple department have all the knowledge but of no use 6 if company want to grow top management understand difficulty of staff 7 old staffs are use to safeguard thereself and poor politics and few are there due to there some of other situation 9 management don't want to take ownership and lower management don't want to speak openly 10 support department have many of instability for example no fix hr admin IT etc 11 Management should thankful to staff who is dragging with there arrogant behavior and taking nonsense decision from them 12 less growth ans guidance 13 management want best and compair best when expect for work and compair worst market company when time come to give increment or appreciation 14 staff are not motivated 15 one person is so cunning that she target everyone who is working under silence with opinion to management</mark>. Good Company to work here, I have been working here from last 3 months but till date I absolutely have no complaints. Company offered 2nd & 4th Saturday off, Salary on time & flexi time work pattern which is very helpful. Work environment is too good. Samidha is really culprit for current situation of organization and Management is equal responsible for listening and seeing all this years her such behaviour and crude work culture. Salary delay Stability of job is big question Work culture is toxic Director work on his mood No fund in company and they are working on loan from one place or other. Many RERA cases from may firms Legal team is working day night for getting next dates that is reason supper increment in legal department. No basic facility in office Diwali bounce paid under pressure from staff so that staff stay. Company hiring old staff like Jitendra Maheta so that some miracle happen. Management is Good. Staff is also good. Good place to work for those who want to work. Salary was well justified for the period of covid when business was down.

There exist those nuisance creators amongst junior staff as they there in all the workplaces who keep bitching bout senior mgmt as well as HOD without ensuring they themselves can make any difference to company's growth with their own contribution by working sincerely. They use such good platforms like ambition Box to pollute peoplemind, create nuisance & troubles for those whom they envy by making personal level comments on mgmt and HODs.
