There is NO job security.. Anytime management can say NO.. For HR you should be ready for insult anytime before Management.... Management is best in shouting before everyone to HR personnel.... 1) HR team with Management guidance took care of my accommodation throughout my service. 2) Plant infrastructure was established in a structured way to take good challenges. 3) Operating team were completely disciplined so that we can prove better progress. 4) Management will be very particular with the daily progress and not toodifficult to handle & report but we should be dedicated in our efforts . 5) I was properly relieved with applicable settlement and not met any disturbance during my notice period.
