It gives a better startom of those student which start a career after education. There are very good company environment for learning and provide a strong base for each employees with new career opportunities and good experience.

Dislikes

There are 100% job security but here less salery as per market demand. And lack of uneducated management with there relatives it give less chance to employees for better career growth. Each and every give importance to his relative not for work or company growth. Here top management come only for earning in short time period.

Work Details

I work there as a line in charge, I see it fall down due to bad quality products. We can stand in market for long time if we give importance only and only 2 things.

I recently interviewed with D.E. Shaw, and it turned out to be one of the most draining experiences I’ve had. The interviewer’s approach felt unnecessarily harsh and dismissive, which made the entire process uncomfortable. At multiple points, the interviewer asked me to drop off the call, even when I tried asking basic questions about the designation, job description, and other details. After the interview, I found myself sitting there for a few minutes, trying to process what just happened. It left me questioning the overall tone and professionalism of the interview. Definitely not the experience I was expecting from such a well-known firm.
