Overall experience in bhadra was average working environment was not so bad and I was enjoying work actually I was working in a cargo department in bhadra and my function of job was receiving the documents of cargo coming from abroad by air and checking the documentation and then feeding the data mentioned in a documents into the system and solving the queries of agent who was coming to take the cargo on behalf of different company's and parties and clearing the process of taking cargo from kolkata airport...Read More

the company management system was very bad...some employees were doing day duty every day. management never changed their duty. there was no job security.

Bhadra International Pvt ltd is basically an Airport Ground Handling services company. This company was handling 6 Airports all over India. I have been worked here for 1year 7 months and my duty time was hold night. every night duty was difficult for me. yet I was doing that. in March 2020 our company kept us without payment. finally, on 15 June 2020, our organization terminated us for the company's business in was a very poor position. airport authority leaves them from 5 airports ground handling site. finally, in 2020 on 15 June our company terminate me....Read More

Job growth and salary growth is nil in Bhadra... there's no unity among the employees and staff is horrible..one has to face problem even if they want to resign..the staff will treat you badly and will ask you to pay additional amount to resign..
