Experience doesn't matter here. Only flunkeyism required for self growth. Everyday rules changed by management. Government approved some amount for workmen's fitness and started Gymnasium, but maximum components shifted to manager's home. Management do anything to fulfill 1 or 2 person's ego.

Start 12 hrs duty without any prior information and If anyone resist against management or 1 or 2 person, they fired him in an hour
