There is nothing to like in the Company except that you dont have to spend money on buying Shoes and Decent attire

It is a very unprofessionally managed Company. No Discipline at all. Even GM's used to come to Office with chappals. Office atmosphere is sick. All things dumped close to workplace. No predefined Training module exists. No Work Process exists. I was getting a average Salary but others were paid meager amount. Company doesnt have a clear vision about what they want to do or achieve. No regular personnel performance monitoring at all. There will be once in five years bonanza of promotions and salary hikes. This will go in favor of unscrupulous persons'. HRD practices are at its worst, they don't bother to discuss issues with employees, just pass orders on one-sided feedbacks. Poor material management & monitoring resulting in mis storage, mishandling and damage of materials resulting in delay of projects. Contract management & monitoring people will be in deep sleep and suddenly will open their eyes suddenly at the closing of the project....Read More
