The knowledge growth is awesome. The Curriculum set for the standards are amazing. Great Organization, which pays you well compared to other Ed tech companies.

Dislikes

Internal Growth, and payment dates fluctuate from 13-16th of every month. But I have received my salaries without discrepencies.

Disgusting place to work. Policy changes here without any intimation. Salary is always paid less and for rest part keeps on running after management and management doesn't even listen... May be they don't exist here... Pathetic place...

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. The people are amazing. The team helps you from your on-boarding to day to day basis. The pay per class is a little less, but if you want to teach in a company with excellent work culture and flexible hours, this is the place for you. Loved my overall experience:)
