The team is good and supportive. Everyone puts in more than 100% of their efforts.

The Management is worse than pathetic. They will never recognize your efforts but will surely try to prove you incompetent and harass you to exit you from the company just because they do not have funds to provide you with salary and gratuity and variables and appraisals.
