Flexible wfh policy, apart from this, there is no good in BetterPlace . This is not at all a better place to work for. People will be promoted on the basis of favouritism. No cares for hard working employees

No one on one communication with the managers.Managers don’t bother about the associates level employees. All he listens to senior managers.Managers don’t promote the team culture. Neither he interacts with anyone in the team nor he asked anything about any issues but when things go out of hand then he starts blaming you for everything.
