Likes

Wearing multiple hats at a time and learning opportunities, flexible work hours and decent leaves. And I have huge respect as it gave me bread and butter. Thanks to former management which was innovative and motivating.

Dislikes

Well the culture used to be very good but work politics made it worse. In greed of position people stopped caring about other people. When I joined better was employee centric but it turned out to be harsher.

For IIT/BITS graduates: 1. No scope for growth, unending career ladder. Can you imagine going through 5 roles in the analyst vertical before reaching the analytics Manager position? 2. No/ Slow appraisals 3. If you are from IITs/BITS or any other tier 1 college, you would not want to join here to do monotonous work and get *underpaid*. This firm is new with the hiring from these institutes, won't pay you well, the learning curve will not be what it is like at a startup. 4. Your queries/discomforts will take months to solve: because it is not a startup anymore, and a lot of hierarchy level....Read More
