They will give you a very handsome amount of salary, even if you are a fresher.

Even the freshers get the same amount of package and I am sure it is very difficult to get lower amount once you have worked on a good package. The management was not at all transparent with employees and we were laid off just with a pop up message on the window that : You have been removed from Better I really can not explain you the feeling. I am amazed that they are still hiring people from out side however, they were unable to keep the employees who had such good performance. Also if the business was on boom for that short notice they could have hired people on contractual basis. The organization should really work on the management part as it is really pathetic.
