Direct level management is very bad. It is filled with politics and selfish games. My former TL Bhavna Sharma is a selfish leader. She choose to bring down her own team in order to get promoted. So I along with many other hates her.

They will give you a very handsome amount of salary, even if you are a fresher.

Even the freshers get the same amount of package and I am sure it is very difficult to get lower amount once you have worked on a good package. The management was not at all transparent with employees and we were laid off just with a pop up message on the window that : You have been removed from Better I really can not explain you the feeling. I am amazed that they are still hiring people from out side however, they were unable to keep the employees who had such good performance. Also if the business was on boom for that short notice they could have hired people on contractual basis. The organization should really work on the management part as it is really pathetic. Disappointing Interview Experience with D.E. Shaw

I recently interviewed with D.E. Shaw, and it turned out to be one of the most draining experiences I’ve had. The interviewer’s approach felt unnecessarily harsh and dismissive, which made the entire process uncomfortable. At multiple points, the interviewer asked me to drop off the call, even when I tried asking basic questions about the designation, job description, and other details. After the interview, I found myself sitting there for a few minutes, trying to process what just happened. It left me questioning the overall tone and professionalism of the interview. Definitely not the experience I was expecting from such a well-known firm.
