They may fire you tomorrow if one of their relatives ego gets hurt. Family run company with deep ego and no human sentiments. It may seem like and marketed like their boss is an humanitarian, but he runs on greed. People do business for profits, but what they have is more than greed. Hard to maintain work life balance. Work and performance pressure. Team members do not respect each other's. Lots of fight within the team member for sale. No Promtions / Very time taking promtions.
