There is too much deduction in the salary, also in case you leave the organization with notice, they will make you beg for your own F&F Settlement so better leave after getting your last salary instead of going through notice period.

I liked the incentive structure. The company will pay you incentive but you have to achieve your daily targets and fight with the staff for sales.

Dislikes

Some of the staff were trying to be over smart. Even though every one is working hard but sometimes it depends on luck also but the manager doesnt understand and will pressurize unnecessarily. I lost my mental peace.
