This result in major erosion in our share in the market. Also our company is having very old technology which have to be replaced by latest technologies in all sector viz,mechanical,electrical,electronics,etc. This result in employees are not aware of latest technological updates in the respective fields. Yes nice to work with different kind of machines.in this we have learn more about how to dismantle the machine and assemble.and we go and work all working place.
