Management take care of each and every employees and salary,benefits are best at par with industries. Required developmental activities have not been carried out in the manufacturing units and shortage of working capital prevent the company to compete vigorously in the market. This result in major erosion in our share in the market. Also our company is having very old technology which have to be replaced by latest technologies in all sector viz,mechanical,electrical,electronics,etc. This result in employees are not aware of latest technological updates in the respective fields. Most of the operations are manual and this should be replaced by SAP or any other latest module to become more competent in the industry circle and market....Read More
