Work is so much you can learn from there , but there is no job security, if you are belongs to management relationship ie village , friends and family etc you can grow , and they hire trained person who can learn their relatives as well after that you can be fire.

Management shouting always, at public place, at home where They can shout even you anything tell to their relatives.
