Work culture is great people at Berkadia are very supportive. There is job security at Berkadia. Management provides employee benefits like vouchers and also provides various certification courses which employees can make use of. There are various committees like "Woliba" for employees relaxation from stress once in a month, separate women's forum for working women to guide and support them for managing their professional and personal life. There is Development and advancement which conducts various events for grooming employees skills for future roles. Good Work Environment. Management is some what supportive with 90% transperancy. Appraisal is ok on the servicing side and good on the production feont.

Dislikes

Some policies needs to be changed like leave policy when you are on notice, what if someone is sick while serving notice. Accenture allows to use only accumulated sick leaves during notice period, a similar policy will help everyone relaxation atleast while they are sick.
