there is nothing to like, a small company with narrow minded people.

everyday there will be fear of losing job, people are asked to leave with out proper reason, HR is just a puppet here. A company with extremely high politics. A big NO to this company.

🤣🤣🤣 I don't work there anymore. Company is all time best, but the management is the worst as of now. Until 2018 Berkadia's management was no. 1.

🤣🤣🤣 whatever feedback you give to some of the managers, they'll never improve. Worst kind of Humans exist in Berkadia especially one (one of the example) Malli fellow is there, the horrible creature & a heartless as****e.

There is no restriction on what you wear if you're in night shift. Good company if you're starting your career.

Office politics is extreme. Difference between fixed and CTC is huge, which explains how bad the salary structure is and you'll be forced to work, but still won't get it all as mentioned. Its a circus.
